State v. T.J.M. (A-76-12 

          The Court finds no prosecutorial or trial court
          errors, apart from the prosecutor’s comment on the
          presence of certain people in front of whom Chloe
          testified, which was adequately addressed by the trial
          court’s appropriate and curing instruction.  The
          points raised by the dissent and defendant have been
          considered by virtue of this appeal of right, and the
          Court holds that they do not merit disrupting the
          jury’s verdict.
