§ 10:162-6.10. Monitoring the attendance of clients sent to
self help groups
(a) Clients sent to self help groups will be monitored by the
Intoxicated Driving Program/Intoxicated Driver Resource Center or treatment
program using the Intoxicated Driving Program attendance card system or some
other system to monitor attendance.
(b) All clients referred to self help groups shall assume the responsibility
of inquiry as to who in the group has Intoxicated Driving Program attendance
cards.
